Travel & Payment Terms
All journeys must be paid for in advance. Once a booking request is submitted through our website, we will send you a secure payment link via SMS or email. Payment can be made by PayPal or via SumUp card payment.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. If payment is not made within the time stated in the payment link, the booking may be cancelled automatically and the vehicle may be offered to another customer.
For airport transfers, delays and waiting time policies apply — these will be included within the booking confirmation message. By making a booking request, you agree to these terms.
